What is the Festival retrospective?
The Festival retro looks back on a period like a summer music festival: Headliners are the highlights, Camping woes are the annoyances, and Next year is what to change for the next edition.
The columns
- Headliners
- Camping woes
- Next year
When to use it
Use it in summer, after events and conferences, or after a big team offsite.
Facilitator tip: run it as soon as possible after the event, while memories are vivid. Ask for Camping woes that the organisers could actually fix, such as the agenda or the venue, so the Next year column becomes a real checklist for the next edition.
How to run it in Peel in 5 steps
