What is the Three Little Pigs retrospective?
The Three Little Pigs retro borrows the fairy tale: the House of straw is fragile and could fall at any moment, the House of sticks holds for now but needs work, and the House of bricks is solid. It is a vivid way to talk about technical debt, fragile processes and what is truly reliable.

No. Processes, knowledge and relationships can be straw or brick too.
Why isn't it available in every language?
