What is the Match Day retrospective?
The Match Day retro looks at the sprint as a football match: Goals are the wins, Fouls are what went against the rules or the team, Assists are the help that made goals possible, and Tactics are what to change for the next match.
The columns
- Goals
- Fouls
- Assists
- Tactics
When to use it
Use it during big tournaments, with sport-loving teams, or as a fun change.
Facilitator tip: count the Assists as carefully as the Goals. Teams usually remember who shipped the feature, not who reviewed the code or cleared the blocker. Making assists visible rewards the behaviour that makes goals possible in the first place.
