What is the TV Series retrospective?
The TV Series retro treats team practices like shows: Binge-worthy are the ones everybody loves, Cancel are the ones that should be dropped, and Renew are the ones worth another season with some changes.
The columns
- Binge-worthy
- Cancel
- Renew
When to use it
Use it to review rituals and practices, for a fun retro, or after a long project.
Facilitator tip: list the team's rituals and tools in the board title or a first card before writing (stand-up, planning, code review, demos). It gives people concrete shows to review and stops the session drifting into general feedback.
