What is the Customer Lens retrospective?
The Customer Lens retro looks at the sprint from the user's point of view: what Delighted customers, what Frustrated them, and what they Asked for. It helps teams connect their work to real outcomes.
The columns
- Delighted
- Frustrated
- Asked for
When to use it
Use it after releases, with product and support teams together, or when the team feels far from users.
Facilitator tip: assign one person to read real customer quotes at the start. Hearing the customer's own words makes the Frustrated column concrete and keeps the discussion grounded in evidence rather than opinions about what users want.
